Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist in performing training needs analysis exercise to consolidate training needs into total company training plan that meet company's objectives and goals.
- Engage in all corporate training initiatives activities including course sourcing, creating training calendar/schedule, monitoring of training commencement and completion, keeping training records.
- Sourcing of suitable external training providers to meet the identified training needs and monitor the progress of the implementation of training plan.
- Co-ordinate all in-house and external training and work with departments to schedule staff for the relevant training, including mandatory courses.
- Administer all SDF/SRP applications and claims for courses eligible for funding.
- Update training attendance in training system and safe keep training records and documents.
- Prepare training reports and key indicators for management reporting.
- Maintain, update & develop training materials.
- Monitor and track all pre and post course evaluation forms/feedback.
- Conduct staff orientation and induction programmed and ensure proper induction of new joiners.
- Co-ordinate Internship and Industrial Attachment Programs with various educational institutions and process internship allowances.
- Administer sponsorship schemes for continuing education.
- Administer scholarship program.
- Processing of relevant training passes for training attachment
- Perform other HR functions as and when assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Training, HR or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in learning and development or certification.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
