Customer Service Officer
- Deliver personalized service to customers in call centre on banking products and services enquiries in an effective and efficient manner
- Ability to understand customers’ needs and provide appropriate solutions and attention
- Identify cross-sell opportunities during customer interaction
- Consistently deliver excellent quality service, solicit customers’ feedback and identify problem trends for improvement actions.
- Good listening and communication skills with confidence in speaking to corporate clients
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts; Meticulous, resourceful, multi-tasking
- Recent graduates will also be considered
