· Participate in formulating and administering company policies and developing further goals and objectives.
· Coordinate activities of all departments to effect operational efficiency and economy.
· Directs and coordinates promotion of products produced, and services performed to develop new markets, to increase share of market and obtain competitive position in industry.
· Reviews analyse of activities, costs, operations and forecast data to determine factory progress toward stated objective. Approve Quality Environmental objectives for continual improvement.
· Confers with Factory Manager and reviews activity, operating and seals reports to determine changes in schedules or operations required.
· Provides sales function for the plant while meeting with representative of current and potential customers.
· Establish relations with banks and other financial institutions.
· Approve and sign all cheque.
· Spear head the implementation of the Environmental Management System.
· Manages subordinate managers/factory manager who supervise all of associates in the factory of NKA.
· Responsible for overall direction, coordination and evaluation of NKA.
· Implement supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the company policies. Responsibilities include employing and training of employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Participate in 5S activities.
Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with 10 to 15 years related to manufacturing or related field experience at executive level with ability to direct multiple functions concurrently.
Work Experience:
10 to 15 years related to manufacturing.
Requirement/Skills:
· Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customer using good communication/mathematical skills.
· Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw conclusions.
· Extensive knowledge of accounting and financial system administration and related skills is vital.
