Responsibilities:
- Handle customer incoming calls and/or emails to arrange service orders.
- Providing timely responses to requests for information, coordinating orders and services.
- Schedule appointments for clients, answer phones and track clients’ service records
- Monitor the services being provided and stay up to date on any services being introduced or discontinued.
- Processing billing documentation.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers.
- Any other task assigned by the superior
Requirements:
- At least Diploma and above
- Minimum 4 years of working experience
- Must be independent and self-motivated
- 5.5 days work week (Mon-Fri: 9am-6pm, Sat:9am-1pm)
- Able to start work immediately will be an advantage
