- Responsible for assigned outlet service & kitchen operations
- Ability to motivate oneself and the team
- Oversee day-to-day kitchen operation of the assigned outlets
- Provide high quality of service and deliver a good dining experience to our customers
- Prepare ingredients with hygiene practices
- Cook according to instructions by measuring individual quantities
- Exercise good cost and inventory management controls and practices
- Manage the part-timers that help in the kitchen and guide them using experience and expertise
- Ensure that all hygiene and professional standards imposed by JIN Kimchi are carried out
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of different cooking methods and raw materials
- Have Basic Hygiene Certificate or Basic Hygiene Officer Certificate
- Willing to learn leadership skills on the job
- Able to communicate in English
- Able to commit weekends & public holidays
