Administration Executive required for established boutique Architectural Firm.
Duties include reception, front of house, answering telephone, managing meeting room, greeting visitors, stocking of stationery and office supplies, tea/coffee etc. Managing petty cash account. Assisting Directors with monthly accounts, mailing out invoices and bill payments. Making sure office space and kitchen areas are presentable and tidy. Managing and supervising the weekly cleaner, supervising regular air-conditioning maintenance contractor, supervising regular pest inspection contractor.
Candidates must have at least 10 years experience in similar roles. Candidates must be presentable. Good English speaking skills essential.
