Master’s Degree /PhD in Business Management/Administration in top tier university (Preferably NTU, NUS or SMU) with CFA preferred
Roles and Responsibilities
o Minimum 20 years of Experience in which at least 7 to 8 years of experience in SDLC in Fund management & investment system and Minimum 10+ years of experience in fundraising, exit management, product strategy, and execution monitoring
o Track record of successful exits for few portfolio companies through IPOs, secondary sales, SPAC mergers, and acquisitions
o Should have in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in spearheaded deal execution, portfolio monitoring, and fundraising
o Experience in developing investment processes, regulatory and tax incentive frameworks, and investor communication standards.
o Lead a team as a subject matter’s expert in an end-to-end, fund management solution to meet the demands of the complex investment management professionals, which optimal for venture capitalists, private equity firms and family offices with flexible features.
o Should have in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in all Investigation query types such as Return of funds, Unable to Apply, Amendment, BCNR, Recall, OFAC, FATF, Back-Valuation & Fraud
o Contact external banks through SWIFT correspondence messages MT103, MT202
o Should have thorough knowledge in Swift fields and Formatting.
o Responsible for end-to-end implementation SWIFT (AMH)
