Responsibilities:
- Prepare the commission payable for entities of ICT business under the Enterprise Business Group, monthly and quarterly respectively.
- Supervise the AR and AP function in Singapore including the review of GST records on quarterly basis.
- Prepare the credit evaluation of customers to propose to Senior Finance Manager / Financial Controller for approval including the annual review.
- Monitor the status of Banker Guarantees for ICT entities and ensure relevant copies are filed.
- Update and maintain the schedule of banking facilities for ICT entities monthly.
- To work with shared service team in Malaysia to complete the the update of banking and secretariat matters for ICT entities.
- To prepare the cashflow projection for ICT entities monthly.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
· Minimally ACCA Level 2 with at least 5 years of experience in processing and managing AR/AP/GST/Cashflow for commercial entities OR Degree in Accountancy or higher with 10 years experience
· Minimum 4 years of relevant experiences
· Proficiency in SAP ERP experience required
· Possess good communication skills
· Ability to work independently
· Ability to work efficiently with other team members
· Possess strong technical and analytical skills
· Identify data sources, collect data, sourcing missing data, organise data in to usable formats, analyse data to find answers to specific questions
