Duties and Responsibilities:
· Full spectrum of employment life cycle administration
· Talent Management (Recruitment & Retention)
· Staff Benefits & Recognition Programme
· Employee Engagement & Relations Communication
· Conduct periodic review and assist in the enhancement of HR Policies & Procedures / SOP to ensure
compliance with statutory requirements
· HR Business Partnering and working closely with the line managers to provide relevant advice pertaining to |
HR issues and provide support to various key HR initiatives
· Assist in the driving / implementation of new HR initiatives
· Execution of HR digitalization project
· Preparation of HR Management Reports
· Develop a structured and effective learning and development programme
· Assist in adhoc HR Projects
Requirements:
· Degree/ Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Studies or relevant professional qualification
· Minimum 3 to 4 years of HR/ Admin experience
· Good knowledge and understanding of Singapore employment laws & Singapore company practices
· Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
· Good working knowledge and organization skills
· Strong problem solving and analytical capabilities, with the ability to think logically and strategically
· Good team player with the ability to work in a fast pace environment
· Knowledge in HRiQ will be advantageous.
· Good writing and communication skills is essential.
· Excellent interpersonal skill in dealing with all levels of people.
· Responsible and meticulous with an eye for details.
