Store cum Driver
- Manage all incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring smooth loading and unloading of containers and timely completion.
- Record the Year of Manufacture for received goods.
- Verify that received goods are of merchantable quality and quantities match shipping documents.
- Ensure safe and proper handling and storage of goods, adhering to the First In, First Out principle.
- Confirm that goods delivered to customers match the Delivery Orders and Invoices issued.
- Conduct random stock checks and participate in year-end stock counts.
- Assist with delivery needs as required.
- Monitor stock levels and alert the purchaser when items fall below minimum holding quantities.
- Follow up on procedures as required by management.
- Maintain proper housekeeping of the warehouse at all times.
Skills/Qualifications:
- O Level, Higher Secondary/Pre-U/'A' Level, or Professional Certificate/NiTEC.
- Preferably at least 3 year of experience in warehousing.
- A Class 3 or 4 driving license is highly preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Physically fit.
- Ability to read, write, and speak simple English.
- Basic computer skills.
- Willingness to work overtime if needed.
