Roles & Responsibilities
This person is responsible to the
Head BM (QSSET & Production Support Services) for: -
Immediate objectives:
1. Coordinating all audits on Quality, Safety, Security, Environment and Training by internal and external auditors. Coordinate and facilitates AOC audits on Calibration Lab section.
2. Liaison with other companies, divisions, regulatory agencies and customers on Cal Lab audits. Facilitate these audits and ensure any Correction Action Response (CAR) are submitted and implemented.
3. Monitoring and carrying out general surveillance on work environment and equipment (i.e. waste disposal, recycling, radiation etc.) in aspects of safety (ISO45001), environment (ISO14001) & health.
4. Ensuring compliance of work to all relevant statutory and company regulations and standards operating procedures.
5. Implementing environment, health and safety processes in the sections to improve the quality and safety standards, efficiency of work and ensure compliance with statutory requirement and guidance from Quality, Workplace Safety & Facilities division.
6. Monitoring and updating Critical Task, Maintenance Watched Tasks, High incident Task monitoring, end of check surveillances, documentation check, etc. on work that is carried out by Cal Lab sections
7. Collating quality review reports for Senior Management and Customers.
8. Maintaining manual currency of ISO17025 Quality Manual, Cal Lab approved vendor listing, relevant sections of ISO14001 BMD OPM, and other manuals that govern the regulatory compliance.
9. Maintaining Cal Lab Risk Register and ensure the review of Hazard Identification Risk Assessment (HIRA) is done on schedule and after any incidents.
10. Updating EMRC, RMC, Compliance and Joint Safety Meetings on Section’s inputs.
11. Ensuring that regular independent technical audits (both system and product) are carried out or supported by appropriately qualified personnel on a regular basis to ensure acceptable standards of inspection and compliance. These audits shall form part of SIAEC’s internal quality management system.
12. Such other duties as assigned by the Head BM (QSSET & Production Support Services).
Requirements:
· Preferably a Diploma in Aeronautical, aerospace, engineering related disciplines
· Preferably minimum 2 years of aviation experiences working in a Part 145 MRO with/without Quality related role
· Preferably achieved a pass in the local L11/ L12/ M10 or EASA M10 exam
· Has a deep working understanding, conversant air legislations like CAAS, EASA, FAA, CAAC, JCAB, CAAT, CAAM, CAAV, DGCA Indonesia requirements
· Applicants who have attained ISO9001/ AS9110 internal auditor trainings and knowledge in internal/ supplier/ audits
