Job Summary: Prepare indian cuisine for the Café and functions


Job Description:

  • Check event orders and prepare food according to items.
  • Check the store item, collect and replenish the items
  • Set up kitchen for operation
  • Prepare food for buffet based on the daily menu
  • Prepare food for ala-carte orders at the café
  • Receive goods and ensure quality and freshness
  • Ensure quality of food and determine size of food proportions
  • Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of kitchen area
  • Assist in other kitchens as required

Job Requirement:

  • 2 years of culinary experience
  • Possess a Food Hygiene Certificate
  • Available to work on shifts, weekends and public holiday
