Job Summary: Prepare indian cuisine for the Café and functions
Job Description:
- Check event orders and prepare food according to items.
- Check the store item, collect and replenish the items
- Set up kitchen for operation
- Prepare food for buffet based on the daily menu
- Prepare food for ala-carte orders at the café
- Receive goods and ensure quality and freshness
- Ensure quality of food and determine size of food proportions
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of kitchen area
- Assist in other kitchens as required
Job Requirement:
- 2 years of culinary experience
- Possess a Food Hygiene Certificate
- Available to work on shifts, weekends and public holiday
