Accounts Executive (AP)

Accounts Payable:

1. Perform daily Accounts Payable function
2. Process daily payment planning in the system, follow up with approval and make payment through internet banking
3. Assist to ensure strict compliance to Singapore financial reporting requirements which include audit, tax and GST
4. Assist to ensure timely reporting of the subsidiaries reports required by Singapore and China headquarters
5. Assist and support the Group Reporting Team, which include completing both Singapore and China reporting packs

Requirements:

1. Minimum Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
2. At least 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable
3. Able to multi-task
4. Good communication skills
