The Employer is a Singapore-based trading company that exports and distributes FMCG products in several countries in Asia, Middle East and Africa. It is looking for a secretarial/administration professional to support the Directors with range of functions/activities.

Responsibilities
The selected candidate will support two Directors with a broad range of secretarial/ administration activities, including :
- Travel Management (tickets, visas, hotel bookings etc.
- Calendar Management (scheduling meetings, coordination with counterparts in Middle East, South Asia and East Africa).
- Search for market information online or by making phone calls
- Help in tracking reports for movement of goods (mainly air shipments) and payments
- General support in office maintenance
Requirements
- Ability to work simultaneously on multiple tasks
- Willingness to learn. Ability to collect and process information.
- Good English communication skills – both written and verbal. Knowledge of Malayalam or Hindi/Urdu may be helpful, but not essential, while dealing with counterparts in South Asia and Middle East
- Knowledge of MS-Office.
- Pleasant personality. Ability to work in a small multi-ethnic team.
- Good work ethics. Hands-on. Good telephone skills.
