Job Description
- Coordinate/Supervise architectural works and ensure all works are carried out in compliance with specification, safety and environmental regulations
- Review project specifications, technical clarification, and review accuracy of construction drawings, charts and forms
- Review, update, coordinate and generate all architectural shop drawings
- Facilitate necessary construction method statements and technical proposals to ensure the smooth transition of works.
- Carry out architectural works scheduling, project supervision and documentation
- Identify discrepancies between M&E, Structural, Architectural and coordinate with the site team to resolve technical issues
- Attend meetings with all relevant parties pertaining to progress, technical and quality assessment matters
- Coordinate and arrange necessary inspections by Consultants and other relevant authorities
- Plan the deployment and storage of Architectural materials, plants and equipment on site.
Requirements
• Diploma in Architecture, industrial design, projects & facilities management, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Infrastructure)
• Familiar with Revit Architecture, Revit MEP, Revit Structure / AutoCAD
• Good knowledge in AutoCAD 2D/3D, Bentley Open Roads, Revit, Naviswork, MS Word, Excel & Acrobat
*Minimum 3 years of working experience in local construction industry.
