· Oversee and provide technical direction and leadership for a team of Java developers
· Provide guidance and feedback to others to strengthen specific knowledge/skill areas
· Implement, maintain, and support development processes and methodologies
· Ensure that program and code quality is of the highest standards
· Endurance that programs and code meet security standards and comply with corporate policies
· Oversee, maintain, and support the production, staging, and testing environments
· Develop and maintain consistent documentation practices and standards
· Assist in evaluating and recommending new technologies

Required Experience:
· 10-12 years of overall experience along with 2-4 years of experience leading and mentoring other developers.
· Hands–on experience developing applications using Java/J2EE, with Spring / Spring boot framework knowledge and hands on experience in Microservices.
· Should have prior experience in system analysis, design and development
· A strong hands-on development track records building integration and application utilizing a variety of technologies, development tools and database systems.
· Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is highly desirable.
· Good communication skills both in writing and verbally with ability to present the complex ideas or technical solution to business and/or management team.
· Prior experience in Banking domain is a plus
