Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and oversee daily accounting transactions and activities.
- Maintain and prepare full set of financial accounts.
- Responsible for bookkeeping, month end closing, maintain and prepare full set of financial accounts in accordance with company's policies and Singapore's accounting standards.
- Responsible for preparing bank reconciliation, expense reconciliation, monthly breakdown of balance sheet items and other management reports required by management.
- Tracking of Account Payables and Account Receivables.
- Ensure compliance with audit, statutory and tax requirements.
- Assist in handling tax compliance and tax efficiency initiatives.
- Participate in other duties and ad hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Accounting degree with at least 3 years ofcommercial experiences would be preferred.
- Self-motivated, attentive to details, strong communication skills, and quick learner
- Good sense of ownership and able to work in a dynamic environment
- High proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Knowledge of Singapore tax law, tax-related requirements and financial reporting standards
- Proficient in Excel, and knowledgeable in accounting systems such as Million, Quickbooks, Xero
- Immediate available is advantageous.
