Job Responsibilities:
- Perform shift duty and specialize in Gas/Chemical system operations, preventive maintenance, and emergency response.
- Operate and maintain gas, chemical, and tank car filling supply systems.
- Execute system hook-ups and contribute to continuous improvement projects.
- Implement cost control and cost reduction activities.
- Manage vendors and evaluate 2nd source vendors.
- Plan and order critical spares and consumables items.
- Formulate FMEA for systems and implement risk-reduction measures.
- Monitor SPC by daily reviewing trend charts.
- Develop and review Operational Procedures and Work Instructions.
- Assist in preparing yearly expense and CAPEX budget.
- Contribute effectively as a team member in department task forces, committees, and special projects.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Materials Engineering, or Environmental Engineering.
- Preferably, 2 years of relevant experience in plant facilities system operation and maintenance.
- Minimum requirement of 1 year of semiconductor working experience preferred.
- Possess good interpersonal skills, proactivity, and observation skills.
- Proficient in PPT, Excel, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to perform rotational shifts.
