Job Description
- Responsible for daily finance operations and liaising with suppliers as and when needed
- Manage full set of accounts for company
- Process sales invoicing
- Perform month-end closing, monthly analysis of management account and audit schedule
- Prepare journal entries, reconcile financial statements and accounts, ensure data accuracy
- Payment of incentives to eligible members
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, accounting and audit schedules
- Assist in the annual budgeting and forecasting process
- Liaise with external auditors and tax advisors on accounting matters
Job Requirement
- At least Diploma in Accounting or related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Meticulous and detail oriented
