HR Generalist

General Description:

The HR Generalist will play a crucial role in enhancing and supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. This position requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual capable of handling multiple tasks effectively while contributing to a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding:

  • Coordinate and guide the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees.

Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Manage new contracts, changes, adjustments, and terminations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files and HR databases like Success Factors.
  • Ensure consistent application, communication, and adherence to company policies and global HR guidelines.

Performance Management:

  • Support the performance review process by coordinating evaluations, providing guidance to managers, and ensuring timely completion.
  • Assist in developing and implementing performance improvement plans.

Training and Development:

  • Identify training needs and assist in developing and delivering training programs.
  • Support employees in their professional development by providing resources and guidance alongside leadership.
  • Align development measures with corporate HR processes and programs.

Other Duties:

  • Participate in special international projects and initiatives as assigned by Global HR.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve HR processes.
  • Support the maintenance and future implementation of Success Factors modules.
  • Actively contribute to the international HR community.
  • Act as a strategic partner for management and a strong local partner for Global HR.
  • Interact with current local HR partners and develop professional future HR processes and collaboration.
  • Contribute to the company culture by regularly challenging the status quo of HR measures.
