Job Description
Our company is a global leading institution, and we are a trusted wealth management team who serves high net-worth clients. Our clients are served a comprehensive offering built around their financial goals. Our purpose is to help clients and their families to create long-term financial advantage for generations.
You will be responsible for providing support to the Relationship Managers (RMs) and working effectively as a Wealth Management team in order to pursue the team’s goals in terms of client acquisition, client maintenance, client documentation, and any other supporting roles.
Responsibilities
- Support the RMs in daily operations, administration, and client servicing
- Assist the RMs with clients on-boarding documentation and operations according to the internal policy and regulatory guidelines
- Respond to basic inquiries from clients and internal stakeholders such as MHSC and Mizuho Bank
- Take investment orders from clients
- Assist in preparing and creating documents in English and Japanese for client and for internal meetings
- Handle administrative duties including scheduling and arranging client and internal meetings, making travel arrangements and business trips, and expense claim submission for the team members
- Ensure compliance and adherence to internal and external regulations and policies at all times
Role Prerequisites
- Relevant experience in sales support and operations within private banking/wealth management
- Meticulous – attention to quality and details
- Good communication skills
- A team player, who is able to multi-task under time pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products with advanced knowledge of financial analysis
- Advanced language proficiency in both English and Japanese (written and spoken) is required due to frequent detailed communication with Japanese clients. Fluency in Chinese is a plus.
