Responsibilities:
Client Coordination:
· Act as a liaison between the RPO company and its clients, understanding their specific recruitment needs and preferences.
· Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates on the recruitment process, discuss progress, and address any concerns.
Team Management:
· Supervise and manage a team of recruitment professionals, which may include recruiters, coordinators, and administrative staff.
· Provide guidance, coaching, and training to team members to ensure they meet performance goals and adhere to company policies and procedures.
Process Optimization:
· Streamline and improve existing recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
· Implement best practices, standard operating procedures, and innovative techniques to drive continuous improvement.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
· Utilize recruitment software and tools to track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the recruitment process.
· Generate regular reports for both internal use and client presentations to showcase performance metrics, trends, and areas for improvement.
Compliance and Quality Assurance:
· Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to recruitment practices, including equal employment opportunity (EEO) laws and data privacy regulations.
· Conduct quality checks on candidate profiles, interview notes, and other documentation to maintain high standards of service.
Vendor Management:
· Coordinate with external vendors, such as job boards, assessment tools, and background check providers, to ensure seamless integration into the recruitment process.
Technology and Tools Management:
· Oversee the utilization of recruitment software, and other technology platforms to optimize workflow and enhance productivity.
Budget and Resource Allocation:
· Assist in budget planning and allocation of resources for various recruitment initiatives and projects.
Problem Solving and Conflict Resolution:
· Address any issues or conflicts that may arise during the recruitment process, both internally among team members and externally with clients or candidates.
Client Relationship Building:
· Cultivate strong and lasting relationships with clients by demonstrating a deep understanding of their business needs and providing exceptional service.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Bachelor with 3+ years of logistics or warehouse operations experience.
- Adaptability to fast-paced operations.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work overtime as needed
- Experience in Recruitment outsourcing process (RPO) and Business outsourcing process (BPO) projects will be an added advantage.
