Job Description:
- Participate in AutoCad/BIM implementation, standards, modelling workflow and methodology.
- Prepare detailed design drawings, models and the drawing production.
- Collaborate and coordinate with the Client and extended Consultant team to ensure the successful completion of an assignment within a given timeline.
- Work closely with the Design Team to deliver the best quality drawings in the reasonably shortest time.
- Maintain organized records of drawings and their registers.
- Prepare 3D BIM model/documentation for authority submission to latest code requirement.
- Attend technical meetings, when required.
Job Requirements:
- Recognized Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Structural/Civil or BIM Modelling course.
- Minimum 5 years working experience.
- Shall have relevant experience in Singapore consultant firm, preparing and drafting structural plan using AutoCAD and Revit.
- Familiar with the latest authority submission drawing requirements.
- Capable of working independently and carrying out drafting or BIM assignments under minimal supervision.
- Good knowledge in Civil & Structural Engineering design & construction.
