- Attend to telephone, email enquiries
- Arrange cargo shipments
- Prepare shipping documents eg. Packing list, Order, Commercial Invoices, Shipping Labels etc
- Assist in bill of lading (BL) if needed
- Ensure compliance with regulations, arrange cargo pickup/delivery, and maintain records
- Co-ordinate with internal and external parties & monitor shipment
- Process permit documentation if required
- Support in all aspect of sales and operational activities
- General admin duties and other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.
