Job Responsibilities:
· Implement and maintain best practices for data governance, ensuring data integrity and quality across the entire data lifecycle.
· Review and improve data management processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
· Facilitate data governance workgroups, bringing together data owners, stewards, and custodians to address data issues and drive action.
· Work closely with various stakeholders including data leads, business leads, the Data Protection office, and Data Architects/Engineers to ensure data solutions align with business needs.
· Analyze data management challenges, develop solutions, and make informed decisions to optimize data utilization.
· Present data insights clearly and effectively to various audiences.
To be successful, you'll ideally have:
· Min 4-5 years of experience in data governance function within financial industry.
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· A collaborative and team-oriented work style.
· High proficiency in spoken and written English.
· Meticulous with high level of accuracy
