Responsibilities
- Responsible for the full procurement process i.e sourcing, asking for quotation, evaluation, negotiation,placing of order, monitoring and arrangement of shipment etc.
- Ensure that material purchased are in accordance to required specificiation and quality.
- Monitor and maintain records of purchases and pricing.
- Check and verify Supplier's invoices before passing to Accounts for payment.
- Plan and coordinate with Store regarding shipment arrival/storage and QA & QC matters.
- Feedback to Suppliers on products that do not meet our specification and request for replacement.
- Ad Hoc duties
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field
- Bilingual in English and Chinese
