Job Responsibilities:
- Handle full spectrum of recruitment work which includes:
- Sourcing and screening of suitable candidates through direct emails, referrals, advertisements, job portals, LinkedIn etc
- Prepare and post recruitment advertisements.
- Conduct interviews and facilitate discussion
- Propose and make recommendations on salary packages
- Manage staff requisition process to ensure appropriate information is presented to management for approval
- Communicate offers, benefits, and terms to selected candidates.
- Engage line managers and HRBPs to understand recruitment needs and provide advice to various stakeholders on recruitment matters
- Manage pre-boarding to ensure good new hire experience prior to joining organisation
- Conduct recruitment data analytics for updating of recruitment status and providing recruitment insights to line managers and HRBP
Looking for:
- Singaporeans only
- Min. Degree holder in Business, HR, or any relevant field of study
- Prior 6 years' experience in recruitment – experience in recruitment for tech industry will be advantageous
- Possess the following competencies: Talent attraction and sourcing, Stakeholder engagement, Candidate experience management
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to multi-task in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
