- Oversees the finance, accounting and tax matters
- Prompt AR collection and AP scheduling of payments
- Monthly review and closing of consolidated accounts
- Preparation of SGX announcements half and full year results
- Preparation of Budgeting & Cash flow projections for the group
- Liaise with auditors and tax agents and bankers
- Any Ad-hoc duties assigned by Management
Requirement
- Preferably CA/CPA Holder
- Preferably with audit experience, Big 4 prior experience preferable
- At least 5 years of experience in similar capacity in listed companies
- Able to commence on short notice
- Able to work within tight reporting deadlines under a fast paced environment
