CLINIC EXPERIENCE MANAGER
You are passionate about delivering excellent service quality to our patients and clinicians, experienced in the day-to-day planning and coordination of various operational activities of a specialist outpatient clinic, and driven to implement strategically sound work plans, best practices, and efficient processes. In addition, you will serve as a role model to our Clinic Assistants.

You will work in close partnership with our CEO, clinicians, and clinic assistants to deliver quality operational execution in an environment that sets you up for success.
Your skills, experience, and responsibilities
- We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:
- At least 5 years of working experience in a combination of operations management, service quality, and customer management. You possess strong decision-making and problem-solving skills and enjoy communicating and working with different stakeholders. Direct experience in clinic operations will be an advantage.
- You will ensure the smooth running of our daily operations as well as the planning and implementation of new initiatives for continuous improvement. Areas of focus include, but are not limited to:
· Management of patient enquiries and appointment opportunities, including efficient coaching and delegation to the rest of the team to optimize coverage and response turn-around time.
· Overseeing inventory management, ensuring drug orders, medical records, supplies, and equipment maintenance are all in order.
· Ensuring that the clinic adheres to all internal controls and standard procedures, including matters of clinical standards and safety.
· Developing and maintaining staff rosters, optimizing staffing levels to meet patient demand, and ensuring adequate coverage at all times.
· Maintaining a high standard of service quality and attending to customer feedback promptly. Examining and resolving complaints when needed.
· Acting as a liaison between clinic management and staff, facilitating effective communication.
- Undertaking ad-hoc projects or responsibilities and assignments as assigned by the Management.
