The Service Engineer is responsible for providing boat owners and shipyards with on-site trouble-shooting, servicing and repairing of marine equipment.
Job Responsibilities :-
- Responsible for meeting daily service and repair needs and driving customer satisfaction.
- Troubleshoots, repairs and maintains equipment on field.
- Provides customer support and training.
- Documents all service jobs, maintenance, repair work and submits paperwork io a timely basis.
- Ensures service tools and test equipment are properly maintained and calibrated.
- Responsible for safety matters while on the job.
- Handles essential tasks as assigned and responds to change positively.
Requirements :-
- Minimum Nitec in Electrical/Electronics
- Possess a high level of commitment and initiative
- Good communication skills
- Class 3 manual driving license
- Must have a keen interest in the marine equipment sector.
