Responsibilities:
- Responsible for monthly group consolidation, including liaising with Group’s overseas subsidiaries on timely submission
- of monthly management report and review reports submitted by the subsidiaries
- Prepare accurate and timely financial and management report, including variance analysis, budget, forecast cash flow
- projection, and any other financial analysis as required
- Timely closing of monthly accounts and preparation of year end consolidated financial statements
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliation and audit schedules
- Work closely with overseas subsidiaries/auditors/tax agents/vendors to ensure that all financial transactions and
- records are in accordance with applicable local accounting standards, as well as statutory and tax requirement
- Ad-hoc project, reporting, analysis and presentation by Management
Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent
- At least 5 years of post-graduate accounting experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
- Strong team player with ability to work independently
- Fluency in English and Chinese in both oral and written skills is a must (in order to liaise with the English & Chinese speaking associates)
- Analytical, meticulous and proactive work attitude is essential
