You will guide and support children as they explore their interests, enhance their social skills, and develop their cognitive abilities. Responsibilities
- Plan and implement daily lesson plans that align with the preschool curriculum
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Foster children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
- Encourage children's independence and decision-making skills through age-appropriate activities
- Collaborate with other educators and support staff to ensure a cohesive learning experience
- Assess and track children's progress and provide timely feedback to parents
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development and any concerns
- Bachelor's degree in early childhood education or a related field
- Proven experience working as a preschool educator or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of early childhood development and educational theories
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment
- Patience, flexibility, and a genuine love for working with young children
- Familiarity with the preschool curriculum and best practices in early childhood education
- Proficiency in English language, both verbal and written.
