Key Responsibilities:
- Retail Engagement:
- Develop and implement strategies with our Distributors & Retailers to enhance customer experience in POS.
- Collaborate with local retail marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment of engagement strategies.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback and sales data to identify areas for improvement.
- POS Material and POS Branding:
- Oversee the creation and distribution of POS material to ensure consistent and impactful branding across the region.
- Ensure that all branding efforts align with the company's brand guidelines and resonate with the target audience.
- If needed, work with designers and vendors to produce high-quality promotional materials.
- End User Engagement:
- Management of end-user engagement platforms, such as loyalty programs and online communities.
- Utilize data and analytics to understand user behaviour and preferences, tailoring engagement strategies accordingly.
- Customer Insights and Analysis:
- Work closely with the retail data analyst to gather and interpret customer insights.
- Use data to inform and optimize engagement strategies and campaigns.
- Regularly report on engagement metrics and ROI to senior management.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure cohesive customer engagement efforts.
- Act as a key point of contact for regional and local teams regarding customer engagement initiatives.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing updates and insights on engagement activities.
