Category Performance Management

Identify opportunities for assortment optimization, pricing strategies, and promotional activities to enhance category performance.
New Product Launches
Lead the end-to-end process of launching new products within designated categories.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and supply chain to develop launch plans tailored to APAC requirements and ensure successful execution.
Conduct market research specific to APAC demographics to understand consumer needs, competitive landscape, and positioning strategies for new products.
Data Analysis and Reporting
Generate regular reports and dashboards to track category performance metrics, including sales, margins, and market share within the APAC region.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive continuous improvement and informed decision-making in APAC markets.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
