Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the specific needs and interests of N1/N2 children.
- Foster a secure and nurturing classroom environment where children feel comfortable exploring lessons through play and discovery.
- Utilize a variety of instructional methods such as songs, rhymes, stories, games, and hands-on activities to promote listening, speaking, vocabulary development, and early literacy skills.
- Observe and document children's progress, using effective assessment tools and collaborating with colleagues to ensure holistic learning.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with parents by providing regular updates on children's development and progress.
Qualifications:
- ACEY / ACECCE / DECCE-T or DPT
- Some childcare/ kindergarten experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative, patient, and enthusiastic about teaching.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
