Local Main Contractor seeking for the above position:-
Working Days: 5 days per week
Roles & Responsibilities:-
- Manage relating project contract & assist in negogiation on terms & conditions with clients or contractors.
- Lead a team of QS for pre & post contract
- Responsible for coordinating every aspect of the project from reviewing and approving contract terms to coordinating dealines & approving budget.
- Work closely with operation and design team
- Manage tender process and review contract
- Cost & claim management
- Expetise in several kind of claims
Requirement:-
- Minimum 10 years experience in civil construction industry
- Minimum degree holder
- Strong in PSSOC
- Strong in Negogiation skill
- With LTA project background will be an advantage
