Working days: 5 days(3 weekdays + 2 weekends)
Working hours: Tues, Wed & Fri: 2.30 pm to 9.30 pm; Sat & Sun: 8.30 am to 6.30 pm
Locations: Serangoon(HQ), Bukit Timah, Tampines(Coming soon)
Responsibilities:
1) Reception
- Handle parents’ enquiries (phone/walk-ins)
- Prepare registration forms and assist parents with registration
- Collect payments when required
- Orientate new students who have just joined
- Provide support and adhere to deadlines
- Assist with the Principal's ad-hoc tasks as required
2) Administrative
- Maintain proper records and ensure data accuracy for the Centre's administrative system
- Update parents’ & students’ particulars in the system
- Follow up with payment reminders when required
- Prepare resource booklets (worksheets) to be mailed out
- Inform respective teachers about make-up students for the day
- Schedule Diagnostic Consult appointments for students & parents with teachers
3) Housekeeping
- Prepare the centre’s classrooms at the start of the day (i.e., general sanitisation)
- Stock up the pantry/snack bar
4) Other ad-hoc administrative duties
Requirement:
- Min 1 year of relevant experience
