The Sales Administration Analyst is responsible for the order fulfilment process, which includes handling point of sales inquiries, order processing, shipment and delivery of orders to the customer. He/She is also responsible for engaging customers, distributors, sales offices to ensure work targets and deadlines are being met. He or she will assist the Manager on work improvements to meet the department's business targets. Systematic and logical, he/she is required to assist customers in fulfilling orders and understand customer needs.
Basic Responsibilities
- Coordinate and process internal and external parts purchase orders
- Handle AR collections related tasks
- Handle customer registration and changes to credit facilities extended
- Ensure customers' requests and orders are fulfilled timely and accurately to achieve department's targets
- Support sales administration operations by maintaining database of customers
- Perform business administration tasks and apply operational policies, standards and procedures
- Handle enquiries, quotations and orders of products and services
- Provide good service to customers in fulfilling orders and also to understand customer needs
- Execute logistics services that meet customer requirements
Requirements:
- Diploma in any discipline, or relevant experience
- IT literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Good team-player and able to work in a fast-paced environment
