Training Manager

Location: Paya Lebar
Working Days: Office hours, Monday to Friday
Salary: Up to $7,000 Basic
To identify and monitor training needs in the organization, and design , plan and implement training programs, policies and procedures to fufill those needs. Work closely with respective stakeholders to provide excellent customer experience as and when required or as directed by management that 'goes beyond' expectations and support skills developments.
All training activities shall adhere to the ISO 9001 : 2008 standards.
Responsibilities:
- To have a complete understanding of the company in house training framework, rules and requirements
- Keep abreast of training trends, developments and best practices.
- Identify training needs and select the right training program to meet the business needs (Half-yearly)
- Design (Annual), organise and deliver approved in-house training activities including staff induction and development programs or staff
- Implement and conduct on-site training and field coaching for our frontline staff (On-going)
- Continuous prepare, review and update all training materials and training programs to meet ever-changing envrironment (Half-Yearly)
- Source external training partners and slecte the right partners to meet our training needs (Half-yearly)
- Plan, implement and manage approved Customer Service Program to ensure Customer Service Excellence.
- Monitor the effectiveness of the training programs by constant feedback and enforcement.
- Assist,plan,implement and monitor the individual & team incentive program.
- Coordinate, arrange and manage the grant application for the training program (handled by assistant)
- Coordinate training from Commercial teams on product trainings.
- Maintain and update database for Staff Development Program and successtion planning (via HRIS or execel template)
- To support in duties related to HR devlopment activities such as motivational activities , employee relations, staff retention and corporate social responsibility.
- To provide support on training related budgeting whenever required.
