They are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Admission Executive to join our Admissions team. You will be responsible for managing the admissions process, developing and implementing strategies to attract and retain students, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience for prospective families.
About the job
Reporting to the Admission Director, your responsibilities will includes
- Oversee the entire admissions process from initial inquiry to enrollment.
- Conduct campus tours, open houses, and information sessions for prospective families.
- Review and assess student applications, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
- Coordinate and facilitate student interviews and assessments.
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective families, educational consultants, and feeder schools.
- Provide personalized follow-up and support to ensure a positive experience for applicants and their families.
- Ensure admissions practices comply with local regulations and school policies.
- Develop and update admissions policies and procedures as needed.
Skills and experience required
- Experience in admissions, preferably within an international school setting.
- Strong understanding of the international education market and trends.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to build relationships and work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
