Job Responsibilities:
- Report all on-site operations issues to Senior Operations Manager.
- Responds to requests/feedbacks from clients and liaise with them to address issues.
- Liaise with contractors to ensure building maintenance / repair works are properly executed.
- Monitor the progress of works such as cleaning, landscaping on weekly/monthly basic.
- Plan the duty roster of the cleaners and conduct routine check on cleaning standard.
- Plan for period works schedule at respective sites.
- Orientate new hires on their respective site and brief them on their scope of work.
- Recruit for vacancies at respective sites.
- Monitor cleaner work scope and performance on sites.
- Carry out weekly inspection with checklist on site on the cleaning services provided.
- Conduct on-site training as-and-when required.
- Knowledge on smart toilet sensor and cleaning machine on site.
- Resource planning such as manpower deployment, procurement of tools and equipment.
- To keep track the quantity of usage of cleaning equipment & toiletries on site.
- To attend meetings of the premises committee and site meetings, when necessary.
Job Requirements:
- Preferably with 5 years’ experience in cleaning industry
- Team player, good problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication skills and customer oriented
- Ability to multi-tasks under tight time frames with minimum supervision
- Organised, responsive and resourceful
