Job Description:
- Manage complex calendars and commitments, including organising / scheduling meetings with internal and external stakeholders and travel itinerary / logistics for C-suites level.
- Support the planning and execution of company events and meetings.
- Act as the first point of contact for the executive, handling correspondence and phone calls with discretion.
- Prepare, handle and maintain all sensitive and confidential information including meeting agenda, detailed minutes of meetings, documentation (for statutory and non-statutory requirements), contracts and reports (financial and non-financial).
- Participate in Strategic Project planning, research, coordination and execution.
- Assist in managing projects and following-up on results, ensuring a broad variety of administrative tasks are completed to support the CEO's ability to effectively lead the organization.
- Prepare and edit communications, presentations, and other documents for internal and external use.
- Assist Manager in facilitation of internal communication between the executive and other staff members or departments.
- Participate in ad hoc projects and/or assignments.
Requirements:
- Possess minimally a Degree / Diploma with 2-3 years of relevant administrative experience in a corporate office, Corporate Secretariat Services office setting or similar. Candidate without direct experience but possess strong learning mindset, positive attitude and high motivation can consider applying.
- Strong communication skills (especially English) - shortlisted candidates will need to complete a short-written assessment in English. As this position will require to review Chinese medium contracts and documentations, Chinese language proficiency is a must.
- Demonstrate good inter-personal skills to engage responsibly and professionally at different business settings.
- Computer literacy in MS Office is essential. Candidates with financial literacy knowledge to read and understand financial statements will have an advantage.
