Together with our continual R&D developing more patented equipment and devices, our constant research and white papers publishing on Scoliosis and spinal corrections, and our Academy arm with Edutrust certified diploma programme in Healthcare Service Management, we are relentlessly pushing boundaries and bringing Spinal Health care to a new dimension.


We're talent hunting for a friendly and organized Sales cum Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service and administrative support. If you enjoy a dynamic environment with the ability to positively impact lives, this might be a good fit for you!

  • Highly self-motivated and energetic
  • Bilingual (English/Chinese)
  • Good communication skill
  • Customer-service oriented and patient-focused
  • Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong computer skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good problem-solving skills sound judgment
  • Social media savvy (not necessary but ideal)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors warmly and direct them as needed.
  • Answer and transfer phone calls professionally.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Handle mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry and filing.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings.


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.

Local and PR only

Working Hours

Mon : 1400 - 1900hr

Tue-Fri : 1000 - 1900hr

Sat : 1000 - 1500hr
