We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Architect with cloud exposure to join our team on a 12 Month extendable contract role.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions, taking charge of architectural design, development, and deployment for Salesforce projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including business analysts, project managers, and development teams, to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, encompassing architecture diagrams, design specifications, and deployment plans.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams across the project lifecycle.
- Ensure scalability, security, and performance of Salesforce solutions.
- Keep abreast of Salesforce technologies and industry trends, continually enhancing architecture and processes.
- Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and promote best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Salesforce implementations.
- Mentor and train junior team members, fostering continuous learning and improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect, with at least 8 years in Salesforce development and architecture.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce products: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce Platform.
- Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce integrations.
- Experience with data modeling, migration, and integration techniques.
- Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools like Jenkins and Git.
- Preferred certifications: Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Salesforce Certified Application Architect, or Salesforce Certified System Architect.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Good to have experience with other CRM platforms and integration tools.
- Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Experience leading and managing cross-functional teams.
