About the Role
You are a positive and humble individual, thriving in a fast-paced startup environment with frequent changes and diverse challenges and you have at least 3 years experience in B2B sales targeting HR professionals.You excel in execution, organization, and communication. You work well independently with minimal supervision, effectively managing both your personal and the business development team’s pipelines to achieve successful outcomes. You are conscientious, structured, and possess a balanced “hunter/farmer” mentality.
Responsibilities
- Develop and close sales on your own with minimal supervision
- Revenue Growth: Increase Giftano’s B2B revenue through individual and team sales to new and existing clients.
- Sales Forecasting: Assess sales forecasts and recommend necessary improvements.
- Client Support: Ensure merchant client support and client success.
- Sales Tools Implementation: Ensure the effective use of sales tools, CRM, etc.
- Cross-Functional Communication: Proactively communicate business needs to other company functions.
Requirements
- 3+ years of sales management experience in an internet/software/e-commerce company.
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience selling internet-based services/products.
- Digital native with proficiency in MS Office/Google Suite.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
Bonus Requirements
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in mid-market/enterprise sales.
- Successful go-to-market sales experience.
- Experience in building and coaching a rapidly growing team.
