RESPONSIBILITIES
- To study, innovate and ultimately enhance our product portfolio range
- Analyze market trends and consumer preferences to inform product development strategies
- Work closely with the sales team to understand market demands and customer preferences to develop new product concepts and ideas
- To be an expert in all the product functions, spare parts, and technology
- Facilitate discussions with partners to implement unique branded features and designs
- Ensure that customized products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements
- Optimize product design and manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Implement best practices for quality control and assurance throughout the product lifecycle
- Stay updated on advancements in relevant technologies and industry trends
- Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams and external partners
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Product Design, or a related field
- Proven experience in product development, preferably in the OEM industry.
- Experience working with third parties and suppliers
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and cultures
- Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends and consumer insights to drive product innovation
- Knowledge of quality management systems and regulatory requirements related to product manufacturing
- Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant design tools
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
