Works closely with all staff members and merchandise coordinator to maintain all visual standards
Take on a leadership role with Professional Sales Associates and assist with store opening and closing
Collects and compiles data to identify opportunities for service improvement
Maintain clienteling standards set forth by the Store Manager and District Manager
Displays business acumen by explaining KPIs to associates, helping them contribute to store goals
Leads by example, enjoys selling and client development
