ROLE A – SHIPMENT EXCEUTIVE
- To prepare invoice and packing list after receiving email from India, Hong Kong or locally.
- To physically check the shipment prepared by warehouse incharge.
- All the shipment details received by 5.30 pm between Mon to Fri and before 12.30 pm on Saturdays must be replied on the same day.
- All the shipment must be intimated to the ff within 24 hrs or reminder email should be sent to the respective pic of shipment.
- All the e-mails received by 5.30 pm between Mon to Fri and before 12.30 pm on Saturdays must be replied on the same day. If not sure what to reply – pls check with your hod.
- To check and sign payment entries done by pic of role b.
- To check and sign purchase entries in focus & MYOB done by pic of role b.
- To check and sign all the entries of MYOB done by role b.
- To cover the job responsibility as much as possible of role b in his/her absence.
- Job requires work till 7 pm during 5 days of the month.
ROLE B – ADMIN EXCEUTIVE
- To enter purchase entries suppliers in Microsoft and MYOB simultaneously.
- To prepare payment vouchers/cheques and enter all payment entries.
- All the entries must be completed by end of the day. If unable to complete permission should be taken from hod to carry forward the work to next day.
- To check India shipment packing list by comparing with India email request and check the prices mentioned on pl as well.
- To complete any ad hoc admin work assigned by hod.
- To cover the job responsibility of role a in his/her absence.
