What You’ll Do

• Guide and empower a team of test engineers to execute testing activities effectively, fostering continuous improvement
• Develop and implement comprehensive test plans, test cases, and strategies aligned with project requirements
• Design and execute a robust testing strategy, encompassing both manual and automated testing, to identify software defects and guarantee product quality
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (developers, product managers, QA) to drive continuous improvement throughout the software development lifecycle
• Analyze test results meticulously, identify issues and work collaboratively with stakeholders for timely resolution
• Champion industry best practices by ensuring compliance with relevant software testing standards and regulations
• Meticulously document your testing process, maintaining clear and up-to-date test plans, test cases and reports
• Partner with project managers to prioritize testing activities and ensure timely delivery of testing milestones
• Stay at the forefront by actively seeking out emerging technologies, testing methodologies, and industry best practices to enhance your team's approach.
• Possess at least one full project cycle experience or participation in multiple projects covering different development phases.
• Be comfortable conducting technical interviews to identify top talent and a resourceful troubleshooter, adept at resolving complex technical issues
• Understand how to initiate a new project from a technical standpoint and effectively mentor other software engineers, helping them grow in their careers

What Will Make You Shine

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in Test Automation
• Extensive experience in managing end-to-end testing service delivery, including experience with multiple vendor test service providers
• Proven experience in testing standards, tools, processes & methodologies, frameworks (Agile, Hybrid Agile, Waterfall) and DevOps environments
• Demonstrated success in developing and maintaining collaborative partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality services
• Possesses strong attention to detail, excellent analytical skills and the ability to effectively troubleshoot and resolve complex issues
• Must display a high level of professional judgment, commitment, integrity, and teamwork
• Excellent communication skills are essential, including client-facing, internal communications, written, and verbal
• Additional desirable skills:

1. Domain knowledge in Banking (recommended)
2. Certifications (ISTQB, PO, PAL, Scrum Master)
3. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
4. Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
5. Familiarity with cloud technologies
