Job Description
- Attend to customer enquiries and execution to sales orders
- Coordination of logistics and delivery with the Supply Chain Management staff
- Provide sales administrative support to Sales and Marketing Team from the start to the end of the sales cycle
- Prepare and maintain all sales related documents according to ISO requirements
- Perform Ad-hoc duties
Requirements
- At least a NITEC, GCE O/A Level or equivalent
- This is a junior executive level position with at least 1 year relevant work experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Basic engineering knowledge is preferred
- Candidate must possess /be: Self-motivated - Initiative - Independent - Organization skills - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Perform under tight schedules and deadline with minimum supervision
- Preferably Singaporean or Singapore Permanent Resident
